【Pharmacological Action】Pharmacodynamics Amoxicillinb-Lactam antibiotics with broad-spectrum antibacterial effects. The antibacterial spectrum and antibacterial activity are basically the same as those of ampicillin. The antibacterial activity against most Gram-positive bacteria is slightly weaker than that of penicillin. It is sensitive to penicillinase, so it is ineffective against penicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus. It has a strong effect on Gram-negative bacteria such as Escherichia coli, Proteus, Salmonella, Haemophilus, Brucella and Pasteurella, but these bacteria are prone to drug resistance. It is not sensitive to Pseudomonas aeruginosa. Because it is better absorbed than ampicillin in monogastric animals and has a higher blood drug concentration, it has a better effect on systemic infections. It is suitable for systemic infections of the respiratory system, urinary system, skin and soft tissue caused by sensitive bacteria.
Pharmacokinetics Amoxicillin is quite stable to gastric acid.74％～92% absorption.
