To clarify the boundaries of professional conduct and enhance the awareness of integrity and self-discipline among all employees.On October 10th, the Federal Animal Protection Division (Inner Mongolia Federal Animal Protection,Zhuhai Federal Animal ProtectionHenan Lianmu and the Group's Supervision Department conducted a joint operation with the Zhuhai Federal Animal Protection Organization.Special training on ethical conduct in the workplace was conducted.

This training adopted a combination of online and offline participation mode to maximize the coverage of employees in the three locations, promote the integration of integrity and compliance requirements into daily life and put them into practice, and lay a solid foundation for the company's continued healthy development.

Guo Dan, General Manager of the Group's Supervision Department, conducted a special training session on ethical conduct in light of the actual business operations of the Animal Protection Division.


During the training, Guo Dan, General Manager of the Group's Supervision Department, combined real cases to deeply analyze the harm and consequences of corruption, clarify the legal red lines of job-related crimes, and advocated that the trainees be cautious in four aspects: exercising power, indulging desires, being cautious about small matters, and being cautious about making friends, so as to jointly build a solid line of defense against corruption for the high-quality development of the Animal Protection Division.

He elaborated on the 10 prohibited behaviors specified in the document and the corresponding registration and filing requirements. By combining legal interpretation with case studies, he made the provisions clearer and more specific, drawing a clear "red line" for employees' daily professional conduct and helping everyone internalize the principles of integrity and self-discipline and put them into practice.

Both sides focused on exploring specific management measures, including clarifying the responsible parties for system implementation and optimizing business process control.

In addition, taking into account the characteristics of animal health business, the meeting also explored feasible ways to enhance corporate competitiveness through anti-fraud compliance certification, and discussed corresponding countermeasures for high-risk scenarios such as gift exchanges and expense reimbursements.
